Principal's Letter

Welcome to Parkway Middle Community School’s website!

It is with distinguished pleasure that I join the Parkway family. I look forward to working with our students, parents, staff and the community to improve student achievement. We hope that you are available during the 2007-2008 school year to assist us in this effort. There is a lot to gain when there is a partnership between students, parents, teachers, and the community.

I would like to express my commitment to providing a high quality educational facility with a safe, caring, and challenging environment. I am confident with the support of all of us working together, our students’ educational journey will be stimulating, meaningful, rigorous, and most of all productive.

The students will be engaged in a variety of programs that will assure academic and social success. The programs include READ 180, Reading Plus, Algebraic Thinking, Cognitive Tutor, Accelerated Reader, and Positive Behavior Support (PBS).

Please know that the faculty and staff are committed to providing our students with the best education possible and we are here to support you. I hope we continue to work together to foster an excellent school-parent partnership for improved student achievement.
