It is our hope that students will utilize the guidance services at our school.  Students are always welcomed in the guidance office before, after and during school if an appointment has been made in advance.  If a student has an urgent need to see a counselor, he/she should get a pass from his/her teacher to come to the guidance office.  A request form to see a counselor can be obtained from the student's homeroom teacher.  Request forms may be turned in to the office or to the homeroom teacher who will turn them in to the appropriate counselor.  All students are assigned to counselors by grade levels.  Individual counseling is available at all times; and all students will be interviewed sometime during the school year. 

The TRUST Program is delivered by a TRUST Specialist who has specialized training and/or experience in the prevention and intervention of conflict resolution, bullying and substance abuse.

Conferences with counselors and TRUST Specialist are scheduled in several ways: 

• Counselor initiated  

• Student initiated    

• Teacher initiated 

• Parent initiated

• Trust Counseling
